Fr. Simon Peter Engurait, Diocesan Administrator, invites you to support the 2024 Bishop’s Appeal in honor of the late Bishop Mario E. Dorsonville. Before his passing, Bishop Dorsonville was dedicated to forming the future through the ministries closest to his heart that are directly impacted by the appeal. Ministries like our seminarians, retired priests, Catholic schools, ethnic and formation ministries, and Colonel Catholic campus ministry each benefit from your generous support of the Bishop's Appeal.
Let us join together to provide hope to others as St. Bridget Catholic Church launches our 2024 Annual Bishop’s Appeal. St. Bridget is committed to supporting the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux and supporting the key ministries that serve our parishioners directly through the Annual Bishop’s Appeal. We ask you to join us in prayers and generosity as we support our 4 Seminarians, our 16 retired Priests, St. Bridget's Youth and Adult Formation, and Catholic Education through our Catholic Schools Office.
We ask that you prayerfully reflect on God’s great generosity and respond first with a commitment of your prayers; and if you are able, consider a generous giving of our own. Please be on the watch for your materials and below are information on ways in which your prayers and gifts help us live the Lord’s mission through the Annual Bishop’s Appeal. If you would like more information about the 2024 Appeal, please contact the Annual Bishop’s Appeal Office at 985‐850‐3136 or email lcrosby@htdiocese.org
